所谓第三方支付，就是一些和产品所在国家以及国外各大银行签约、并具备一定实力和信誉保障的第三方独立机构提供的交易支持平台。在通过第三方支付平台的交易中，买方选购商品后，使用第三方平台提供的账户进行货款支付，由第三方通知卖家货款到达、进行发货；买方检验物品后，就可以通知付款给卖家，第三方再将款项转至卖家账户。
购买者并非使用者，使用者并非最大的受益者，真正的受益者并非决策者，这就是第三方买单的逻辑。 你消费，不用自己买单，产品或服务的提供商根本不收你的钱，而且你消费得越多，厂商还越高兴。这种消费模式之所以能够一直存在，是因为有第三方在替你买单，替产品或服务的提供商支付费用。这种经济模式又被称为“第三方（者）买单”。

自2月2日以来,几个邮件陆续收到Google Apps team发过来的邮件,主要内容就是GOOGLE的这些应用将不再支持IE6及其它低版本浏览器.
而2010年1月份的全球浏览器市场调查显示,IE8、Google Chrome领跑1月份浏览器市场.因此,IE6在最近一段时间被爆出的持续发生的安全漏洞就显得格外刺眼,也有传闻说微软准备强制用户升级IE6,只是不知道是不是真会实现? IE6是2001年10月发布的,到现在已经走过了九个年头,其间一直有在更新,MICROSOFT之后也发布了IE7,IE8,甚至现在已经开始研发IE9,可是,为何不对一款如此之旧,安全系数如此之低的浏览器进行强制升级呢?
这次GOOGLE APPS 率先开始不再支持IE6 ,这个消息的作用是显而易见的, 相信微软也不会无动于衷让用户自动流失去安装非IE的浏览器, 可能会因此强制用户升级IE6,那么果真如此的话对于网页设计师来说,调试浏览器兼容的工作量会减轻很多很多.
